			<description>Most of this section is obsolete.  I don't believe specific numbers, tables, and plans should be included in the charter.  I get the feeling that Excel stuck in everything and the kitchen sink into the charter to convince the SLCSD board that the planners had thought through all contingencies.&lt;br /&gt;
If we do get specific, I think we're looking at a building approximately 100x100 located on the south end of the Highland structure.  We might want to mention that the whole facility will be built in phases as financing and enrollment allows and that before these facilities are built, SPA will lease space from Highland by negotiation with the Highland principal.</description>
