3.0 Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Officer will be the
principal/directorPrincipal of the school.That person will be selected early in 2006.The selection and supervision of thedirector/principalPrincipal will be the responsibility of the Board. Thedirector/principalPrincipal will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school. Thedirector/principalPrincipal will be responsible for financial expenditures; hold regular faculty meetings; supervise teachers and other staff; ensure school curriculum meets curriculum required by the state of Utah; implement Board decisions; and promote the school’s mission, philosophy and goals. TheprincipalPrincipal will hire necessary administrative staff as needed and approved by the Board. All administrative, facility, and teacher staffsstaff members and teachers report to thedirector/principalPrincipal. [Comment 1]

The verb tense should be consistent in the duties. I'd suggest the imperative tense ("Work with students and teachers..." rather than the present tense ("Works with students and teachers.
Also, since I accidentally deleted section 2 (my sincere apologies) let me note here that the Business MANGER on the organizational chart should be a Business MANAGER. The department title "Acting" fits the program that Jared has now, but it may be worth considering listing it as "theatre" so that under that dept. head would come the technical theatre classes and non-acting theatre classes such as the theatre history class that was taught last year. It would also make it consisent with other literature that advertises: "The Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts: Music, Dance, and Theatre."
I agree with changing the "Acting" title to Theatre...makes a lot more sense.
Put in bold the need to correct the MANGER on the org chart.
